Who we are
This Zenia page is run by Jack, an independent property agent. It is not the official website of ParkCity or the developer.
What we collect
This page has no enquiry form and does not ask you to type in any details. The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with Jack containing a short message, such as a request for floor plans or pricing. You can edit or delete that message before sending, and the page itself does not store it.
If you send the message, Jack receives what any WhatsApp chat shares: your name as shown on WhatsApp, your mobile number and what you write.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, send the floor plans, pricing or availability you asked for, and arrange a showroom visit if you want one.
Who sees it
Only Jack, or a member of Jack's team handling your request. Your details are passed to the developer only when you ask for something that needs them, such as booking a showroom appointment.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, unless you go on to become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask Jack to stop contacting you, at any time by WhatsApp to +60 13-777 8064.
In your browser
This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not store anything in your browser. Like any website, the host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.
All images are artist's impressions. Information on the Zenia page may change as required by the authorities or the developer. It is not an offer or part of any contract.
